Rice Flour Laddo

This is something I noticed this Diwali during Laxmi puja. All the sweets ( Prasad ) made specially for goddess Laxmi are white in colour. Got to know from the elders that goddess Laxmi likes white sweets and red flowers , and so we had to prepare a white sweet that day. The first white coloured sweet is kheel batasha, which is the main Prasad distributed during Diwali . There’s no cooking involved in this. Just take kheel and batasha, mix them and keep it in a bowl. The festival of Diwali is over. All sweets have been eaten, Family and friends are gone, all the lights are being packed and kept properly for next year.
