Cheese Garlic Buns

Experimenting in the kitchen is the best way to relax and  de-stress for me. The feeling  when the resulting food , gets a huge thumbs up from the kids, is just amazing!

Yesterday was one such experimental day. Kids needed an evening snack , after coming home from school. And once again they wanted something ‘NICE’.

Had some hot dog buns at home , so I decided to try some hot crisp garlic bread!

Just some buns , cheese , corn n seasoning…… and the garlic buns were ready to eat . And yes the kids just loved it.

It’s always better to have home-cooked food , rather than eating out or ordering it from outside. At least you are sure of whats in it ! Kids these days are too much into pizzas and pastas . I get some of the really weird looks from them , when I say we never used to have these things when we were their age. I think that’s what the generation gap is all about.

Change is the only constant! So keep changing , keep cooking and keep experimenting !
