I just discovered an interesting chick pea salad recipe. Actually it’s not a discovery but remodeling of sorts. I had soaked some chickpeas to make Punjabi style Channa masala, as some friends were coming over for dinner. The plan got cancelled and I had to reduce the quantity of Channa masala.
