Methi muthe or Fenugreek wheat flour kababs are one of the traditional Indian recipes , that’s healthy , nutritious and can be prepared in around 15-20 minutes tops.
I tasted these for the first time on a day when we were running out of Breakfast options. My MIL suggested we make methi muthe. She started preparing the dish. In my mind I was thinking, “ methi muthe …hmm? I’ll take the recipe if I like the preparation.”
The process looked really simple, and the final outcome was just awesome. Fenugreek and sesame seeds give an awesome contrast to the flavors in the dish , and at the same time complement each other perfectly.
And now its one of the favorite breakfast options for me. It can be a great evening snack or even a veggie side for a meal!
