There are always certain tradition in every family , mine was no different. After a heavy meal on occasions like Ganesh Chaturthi , Mahalaxmi puja , Diwali or Dashehra , my Dad used to get sweet Paan for everyone present.
And we kids used to get a teeny – tiny part of it to taste. Even with that bit of a taste test , I had somehow fallen in love with the traditional Meetha Paan .
The Indian restaurants used to serve Mukhwas to all there guests after a meal . And more often than not it used to be the Sweet Paan . I used to love it.
In the recent past , chefs started to give this olden golden pan a makeover , and we got served some yummy pan ice cream on a small stick as aftermint . Enjoyed these too , totally . No complaints .
The next update came in the form of these Paan Shots. These were just so yummy , with the same flavor , but the rich and creamy texture of ice cream and milk. I just fell in love with the Paan , all over again.
