Chocolate and dry fruit fudge
of ( 1 tin )
, coarsely chopped ( of your choice)
Take condensed milk , sugar, vanilla essence , butter , cocoa, all-purpose flour and salt in a heavy bottom pan. Heat and cook on a low flame. Stir regularly.
When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, or the mixture comes together as a soft ball, remove from heat.
Add the dry fruits and mix properly.
Pour onto a greased tray. Flatten it a little and let it cool.
Cut into any shape you like . Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled anytime.
The mixture is really hot when pouring onto the greased plate. Be very careful .
I have used cashew and raisins in this fudge . You can use almonds or walnuts too.
This recipe is inspired by the Nestle milkmaid recipes.
