Ingredients
  • 400g condensed milkof ( 1 tin )
  • xbdcup sugarpowdered
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1cup dry fruits, coarsely chopped ( of your choice)
  • 100g butter
  • xbccup cocoapowder
  • 2tbsps allu2013purpose flour
  • Pinch saltof
Instructions
  1. Take condensed milk , sugar, vanilla essence , butter , cocoa, all-purpose flour and salt in a heavy bottom pan. Heat and cook on a low flame. Stir regularly.
  2. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, or the mixture comes together as a soft ball, remove from heat.
  3. Add the dry fruits and mix properly.
  4. Pour onto a greased tray. Flatten it a little and let it cool.
  5. Cut into any shape you like . Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled anytime.
Recipe Notes

TIPS

  • The mixture is really hot when pouring onto the greased plate. Be very careful .
  • I have used cashew and raisins in this fudge . You can use almonds or walnuts too.
