  1. Cut paneer into cubes and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sautxe9 till golden.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and sautxe9 on low flame till the raw smell is gone , around 30 seconds.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder and sautxe9 for another 30 seconds.
  5. Now add the paneer cubes and toss them so that the masala coats them evenly.
  6. Add the fresh cream and salt and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Now sprinkle the kasoori methi and garam masala over it. Give it a mix.
  8. The malai paneer starters are ready to serve! Serve with green chutney or ketchup and pickled onions.
