  1. In a blender, roughly tear the betel leaves. Add gulkand , fennel seeds , ice cream, milk and ice cubes.
  2. Blend everything together.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve in shot glasses , garnished with rose petals.

TIPS

  • You may add a few drops of edible green colour if you like.
  • You can even add a pinch of menthol to this preparation , to get the icy cool flavor.
