  1. Boil the corn kernels till they are perfectly cooked. (Or microwave them for 2 minutes). Drain the water and keep aside the corn kernels in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except lemon , and mix properly .
  3. Now sprinkle a generous amount of lemon juice on it and give it a mix
  4. Serve hot topped with more chopped coriander and butter.
