A 2-ingredient , 2-step recipe for an awesome sweet snack. We are already in the third week of the month of Shravan . The auspicious month where everyone seems to be busy doing puja or fasting.
At our place , we keep fast on all Mondays of this month. So every Monday there is a special fasting menu with sabudana khichdi or sabudana wada or potato kees . But roasted peanut laddo , are always there as part of the menu.
A really simple recipe that has been in our family since ages . The combination of roasted peanuts and jaggery is totally addictive. We even used to have it as a snack when we were kids. Just take a big piece of jaggery and a handful of roasted peanuts, and have a few peanuts with little jaggery. The taste is just awesome. There can’t be a better and healthy snack than this.
