The festive season is about to begin! It is a time for get-togethers , meeting friends and family! The time for shopping and time to indulge in authentic traditional food!. Yes we do know how to enjoy the festivities!
But even during all this, our brain is constantly processing the calories we are taking in, and calculating the amount of exercise we’ll need to do, in order to burn it all up! We keep counting ,a zillion times, what all and how much we’ve eaten. And we convict ourselves – guilty as charged!
These days we all are worried about what to eat , and what not to eat. And a lot of us are trying really hard to have healthy meals for themselves and their families. We try to have more of salads , veggies n fruits everyday….but getting the same into the kids stomach is a big task. A lot of friends and my readers have requested for some healthy recipes. That’s why I’ve decided to share some easy , quick and healthy recipes this August…. Salads , dips and beverages! Again some traditional and some not-so-traditional ones!
Today I’ll be sharing the recipe of a basic salad …. That I call “Garden in my Bowl”l! It has the freshness and flavours of all things “salad” with a simple and tangy lemon dressing!
