Strawberry Mint Mocktail

Strawberry mint mocktail is a simple drink which is an instant hit with kids and adults alike. This masala version is sure to leave you craving for more!

The weather in my part of the world is totally unpredictable, at this point of the year. It is supposed to be monsoon right now , but we do get our share of sunshine in between periods of rain.

And the sunshine, makes sure that we never forget the hot summer days.

So most of the time , people are confused ,whether it’s time for coffee or time for a cool drink. But you know what , its time to relax , and have whatever you like!

Today was a really hot day here, and I decided to make this awesome Strawberry mint mocktail for myself. A very simple recipe , loaded with the Indian flavors , and ready in minutes.

So just sit back , relax , dive into a good book and sip on this awesome cooler.

Feels like I am already on a vacation , sipping this exotic drink !

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl take strawberry crush and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into it.
  2. Add black salt , sugar and chaat masala to it and mix.
  3. When the sugar is dissolved , roughly tear the mint leaves and add to it.
  4. Now add the club soda . Stir the mixture properly and add ice cubes.
  5. Serve chilled , garnished with mint leaves.
Recipe Notes

TIPS

  • If you get fresh strawberry , use it in this preparation. Just mash 6 strawberries and add to the mix in place of the strawberry crush.
  • You can even use sprite in place of soda. If using sprite , do not add sugar.
  • Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes before serving to give time to the flavors to come together.
